Recognizing that infrastructure damage is accompanied by social fragmentation, AORD facilitates dialogue, conflict resolution training, and joint community initiatives to rebuild trust among diverse groups. The program strengthens local peace mechanisms and supports youth and women’s participation in peace processes, contributing to long-term stability in conflict-affected areas.
